Why you matter:
As a full-time Windsor Co-Store Manager, you play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager to drive our store's mission. You'll collaborate to boost store productivity, focusing on sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. Your responsibilities include coaching and motivating a vibrant team of passionate Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

What you do:
• You are a business driver: You work as part of the sales leadership team, driving sales success and cultivating brand loyalty by delivering an outstanding omnichannel Oasis experience for every customer. You skillfully analyze KPI reporting to translate data into actionable behaviors, addressing challenges and developing innovative solutions to maximize brand value.
• You excel in talent acquisition: Supporting the Store Manager, you focus on attracting and retaining top talent through continuous networking and ensure a stellar onboarding experience aligns with company retention goals.
• Right people, right place, right time: With precise planning and organization, you oversee operations to ensure they run smoothly. You effectively analyze reports to support payroll compliance and enhance the customer experience.
• You are passionate about leading people: Dedicated to training and team development, you lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through recognition, feedback, and effective communication.

• You have at least 1 year of retail management experience.

Physical Demands:
This role requires frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. You must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. Access to all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area is necessary. You will operate all required store equipment, climb ladders, and handle merchandise or supplies typically weighing from 0-25 pounds. Varied hours and days are expected to manage store operations in a fast-paced environment with varying indoor temperature conditions.
