You’ll be accountable for meeting sales, shrink, payroll, and expense targets while treating both customers and team members with dignity and respect. Essential Job Functions: • Apply and coach team members on the 4 Step Selling Techniques • Aspire to achieve personal sales goals and maintain Black Dot/Gold Star performance • Meet company KPI goals and expectations • Implement and adhere to loss prevention procedures to minimize shrink and expenditures • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store • Follow the Company Dress Code Policy • Delegate daily operational tasks efficiently • Assist in training, recruiting, and staffing initiatives • Enforce compliance with all company policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs • Ensure that the work environment is safe and clean • Uphold company visual merchandising standards • Handle deposits and secure keys • Safeguard company assets • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
