Why you matter:

As a full-time Windsor Co-Store Manager, you will be the essential right hand to the Store Manager. Together, you will guide the team in achieving our mission while contributing to store productivity in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. Your role will be crucial in coaching and motivating a dynamic team of fashion-loving Assistant Managers and Stylists, all while respecting and uplifting everyone around you.

What you do:

Drive the Business: As part of the sales-directing team, you will drive sales and ensure the store's overall success, building brand loyalty and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will analyze KPI reports to convert insights into actionable behaviors, overcoming challenges creatively to enhance brand value.Talent Acquisition: Assist the Store Manager in attracting and retaining top talent, fostering new networking connections to broaden the talent pool. You will ensure an exceptional onboarding process that aligns with the company's retention goals.Organized Planning: You believe in having the right people in the right roles at the right times, meticulously organizing tasks to achieve success. You will analyze communications and reports to maintain payroll compliance and optimize operations for customer satisfaction.People Leadership: With a passion for leading others, you prioritize the training and development of your team. You lead by example, communicate effectively, and nurture a culture of continuous improvement through recognition and coaching.Integrity First: Adherence to Windsor's policies and procedures is non-negotiable. This role requires frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. Candidates must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. You should be able to access all areas of the store, operate necessary equipment, climb ladders, and handle merchandise throughout the store (typically weighing from 0-25 pounds), working varied hours to manage store operations. The environment is fast-paced with fluctuating indoor temperatures.
