Why you matter:
As a full-time Windsor Co-Store Leader, you are essential to supporting your Store Manager in driving the store's mission. You'll work collaboratively to enhance store productivity, focusing on sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. Your role includes coaching and motivating a dynamic team of fashion-loving Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

What you do:
• You are a business driver: As part of the sales-directing team, you drive sales success and cultivate brand loyalty by delivering an exceptional omnichannel Oasis experience for every customer. You skillfully analyze KPI reporting to translate numbers into actionable behaviors, tackling challenges and crafting innovative solutions to maximize brand value.
• You excel in talent acquisition: Supporting the Store Manager, you focus on finding and retaining the right talent through continuous networking, ensuring a broad talent pool. You are dedicated to providing a stellar onboarding experience that aligns with company retention goals.
• Right people, right place, right time: With meticulous planning and organization, you ensure operations run smoothly. You effectively analyze reports to support payroll compliance and enhance the customer experience.

• You possess at least 1 year of retail management experience.

Physical Demands:
This role requires frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. You should be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. You must be able to access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area. You will operate all necessary store equipment, climb ladders, and handle merchandise or supplies typically weighing from 0-25 pounds. Varied hours and days are required to oversee store operations. The environment is fast-paced with varying indoor temperature conditions.
