During this paid co-op you will be provided with meaningful, challenging hands-on tasks, as well as exposure to various parts of our organization and corporate tools. Throughout the recruiting process, we will do our best to share real-time updates on the decision, but co-ops must be available to work at the planned office location should we have the ability to have part of our Program in person. Your primary responsibilities will include:  Serve as a member of the solution delivery team and facilitate/participate in requirements/design phase of OMS related projectsBuild prototypes / proof of concepts during the design and build phases of the project to decide potential solutionsDesign and develop the synchronous and asynchronous integration process flow & diagramsEnterprise System architecture and/or good understanding of the systems in an enterprise landscapeWork with Enterprise Architect to identify potential design issues and participate in the solution processMaintain the master configuration data, review any customizations and ensure completion of use cases by the teamWork closely with a cross-functional, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary team of both internal and external partners and participates in development of long and short term vision for Order Management platform solutions at PVHCollaborate closely with Developers, Business Analyst, Solution Architects, Project Manager and Vendor Consultants to define detailed requirements that provide clarity to complex problemsDevelop comprehensive knowledge of PVH’s customer and business as well as maintain an awareness of competitive products and industry trendsEducation:Rising junior or senior undergrad student pursuing a business or technology related degree with intention to work in Information Technology upon graduating preferredMinimum 2.5 GPA in core major classes preferredExperience / Skills:Basic understanding of technology concepts and terminologyBasic understanding of business process management concepts and terminologyStrong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staffClear & concise writing and presentation skillsProblem Solving – Helps to define business requirements with a diverse set of input for problems that may not be clearly definedUnderstanding of Retail business and challenges across selling channels, global inventory and Unified CommerceAbility to understand IT solutions that provide desired business results with the ability to move cleanly from theoretical to implementation thinking with Product Mindset Ability to understand and complete delegated tasksAble to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and project management in both the business and the technical areas, with the ability to keep discussions at the appropriate level of abstractionSelf-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideasHigh level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguityCollaborate with Vendor consultants on high visibility projectsTravel: Limited to NYC ffices, pending directed health measuresPVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
