The PVH Technology Co-Op Program offers motivated students the opportunity to gain fashion industry experience, with a realistic preview of what it would be like to work at PVH with our iconic brands such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen, IZOD and Arrow. During this paid co-op you will be provided with meaningful, challenging hands-on tasks, as well as exposure to various parts of our organization and corporate tools. You can help make the impossible possible every day with cutting edge technologies like 3D and SAP. Throughout the recruiting process, we will do our best to share real-time updates on the decision, but co-ops must be available to work at the planned office location should we have the ability to have part of our Program in person. Apply early for greater consideration in the process.Initial screening will be conducted by our recruiting team members via phone or video screen.Final interviews will be conducted by our hiring teams via phone or video interview starting mid to late March.Offers will be extended late March into April, if necessary.Job Title: Data Analytics Analyst Co-OpJob summary:The Data Analytics Analyst Co-Op will work with the Enterprise Data & Analytics team in the following areas: Develop impact map to document and plan use case assessment (We want to (Analysis), Using (Data), So that (Behavior Change), So that (Impact)Prototype models in support of prioritized analytic initiatives Prepare presentation materials that explain problem, approach, findings and solution that resonate to both business and technical colleaguesYour primary responsibilities will include:Work closely with business stakeholders to construct models that drive business goalsLeverage tools and best practices to incorporate new data sources into modeling pipelinesWork closely data engineers and architects to test approach, implement and maintain changes Work on exploring, connecting and mining internal data sources and develop data models using algorithms for pattern detection and forecasting Deliver actionable summaries of your findings through presentations and dashboardsBalance independent and collaborative work as a part of a multi-functional agile teamCollaborate closely with Developers, Business Analyst, Solution Architects, Project Manager and Vendor Consultants to define detailed requirements that provide clarity to complex problemsEducation:Rising junior or senior undergrad student studying Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related field with intention to work in Information Technology upon graduating preferredMinimum 2.5 GPA in core major classes preferredExperience / Skills:Familiarity with at least one of: SQL, Spark, Python, Databricks, Visualization Tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy) or similar toolsUnderstand various data structures and common methods in data transformation Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills Strong statistics and mathematics background Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staffClear & concise writing and presentation skillsProblem Solving – Helps to define business requirements with a diverse set of input for problems that may not be clearly definedAbility to understand and complete delegated tasksAble to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and project management in both the business and the technical areas, with the ability to keep discussions at the appropriate level of abstractionSelf-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideasHigh level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguityPVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
