Co-Op Summer-Fall 2021, Business Process Analyst - Commercial Planning - PVH Corp.

Your primary responsibilities will include:The primary objective of the role will be to support the BPM team in executing business process Discovery, Transformation, and Optimization responsibilities include the following:Process & Training Documentation: The co-op will support the BPM team in the development/maintenance of process and training documentation templates and content. The co-op will be responsible for things like recording attendees, notes, key decision, and tasks.The second will be to own the planning and execution of two or more small projects. Options for such projects include:Co-op will partner with members of the Business Process Management team, External Consultants, and Business Users to understand and document future state scope and processes as part of a Proof of Concept initiative for Assortment Planning and other use cases.Co-op will collect feedback from business users and implement usability improvements to the Inventory Planning & Optimization Tableau Dashboard suite. In addition, the co-op will come up with strategies for promoting and expanding the user base of these dashboards.As part of the on-going Global Merchandise Hierarchy Initiative, the co-op will partner with other members of the BPM team to conduct as-is discovery and future state process design for Demand Planning and Retail Planning use cases.Education:Rising junior or senior undergrad student pursuing a degree in supply chain, business or data science with intention to work in Information Technology upon graduating preferredMinimum 2.5 GPA in core major classes preferredExperience / Skills:Demonstration of a strong analytical mindset, either through school projects or previous job/internships.Proficiency in MS Office suite.Excel skills are a must; SQL is a plus.Ability to handle multiple cross functional topics, and strong organizational skills.Effective communication and documentation skills.PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
