About Windsor Manages all store operations, loss prevention and makes decisions that directly affect store performance and profitability. Accountable for achieving store and company overall profitability expectations in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. Essential Job Functions • Apply and coach others on 4 Step Selling Techniques • Achieve personal sales goals of Black Dot/Gold Star Performance • Achieve company KPI goals and expectations • Follow loss prevention procedures and control shrink and expenses • Clean and maintain good housekeeping • Adhere to company dress code policy • Delegate daily operational duties • Assist in conducting training, recruiting and staffing • Enforce and follow all company policies, procedures, guidelines and programs • Ensure work environment is safe and clean at all times • Maintain company visual standards • Make deposits, hold keys • Protect company assets • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management Mission Statement Values • Work hard and have fun as a team player • Integrity (mandatory) • Need to improve all the time • Do more with less and create value • Smile and listen. Make guests happy • Organize and plan in ridiculous detail • Respect our caring and loyal family Qualifications / Requirements • Minimum 1 year Retail Management experience or 6 months at Windsor working at a store • Proven leadership experience, ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees • Able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates • Communicate well and effectively in one‑on‑one and group settings Physical / Environmental Demands
