Responsibilities

Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
Assist in recruiting and hiring high-quality employees.
Train and develop a successful sales team.
Provide feedback and accountability to all employees.
Supervise daily store operations in the absence of management.
Manage loss prevention practices when required.
Communicate store needs effectively to management.
Resolve customer issues effectively.
Ensure a fun, full-service experience for all customers.
Bank deposits and store opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred.
6-12 months of retail sales experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Completion of all training programs leading up to Co-Manager position.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional education in retail management is a plus.

Education Requirements Credential Category

High School Diploma.

Experience Requirements

Previous retail management experience is preferred.
Experience in a high-volume retail environment is a plus.
