The Co-Manager is responsible for selling floor leadership with the overall goal of customer satisfaction. They act as second in command, assisting the Store Manager in the overall running of an individual store. Supervises: Assists Store Manager with key holders and all store associates • Leadership by Example: Lead by example by training, developing, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching on product knowledge, selling skills, visual merchandising, and delivering the customer experience. Drive Sales & Profitability • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed profitability expectations for the store in sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion.
