This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Retail leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising staff, providing coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment.Customer service and sales skills, with a track record of achieving targets and delivering an engaging, inclusive in-store experience.Operational and organizational skills, such as inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, and adherence to store policies and procedures.Visual merchandising and brand presentation skills to maintain appealing displays and ensure alignment with current trends and company standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give clear direction, resolve conflicts, and build positive relationships with team members and customers.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including comfort with using sales data and reports to identify opportunities and take action.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a retail environment.Previous experience in fashion retail or a similar customer-facing environment; supervisory experience is strongly preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset.
