Clothing Sorter / Resale Grader I

We are hiring a Clothing Sorter / Resale Grader to identify and separate high-value secondhand clothing from bulk donations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in thrifting, reselling, or fashion who can quickly recognize brands, trends, and quality.

If you’ve ever sold on eBay, Poshmark, or worked in a thrift/vintage environment—this is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities
• Sort large volumes of clothing by:
• Brand name recognition
• Condition and quality
• Current fashion trends
• Resale value
• Separate items into categories (premium resale, mid-tier, recycle)
• Identify valuable brands (Nike, Levi’s, Carhartt, Patagonia, etc.)
• Maintain speed and accuracy in a warehouse-style environment
• Follow and improve internal grading standards

Qualifications

Required:
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Basic knowledge of clothing brands and condition grading

Preferred:
• Experience selling clothing online (eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari)
• Background in thrift stores, vintage shops, or clothing warehouses
• Knowledge of streetwear, vintage, or trending styles
• Ability to identify high-value items quickly
