Role and Responsibilities of Clothing Sales Associate:

You will support customers on the sales floor by delivering product knowledge, maintaining merchandise presentation, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You will actively support sales performance while keeping store standards aligned with company expectations.

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly mannerIdentify customer needs and recommend suitable productsDemonstrate products and provide accurate product informationMaintain stocked, organized, and clean sales floor areasFollow merchandising, pricing, and signage guidelinesSupport seasonal resets and floor merchandising changesRestock merchandise and ensure product availabilityPromote loyalty programs and in-store servicesMaintain compliance with company policies and proceduresRequired Skills and Experience of Clothing Sales Associate:

High school diploma or equivalent experienceRetail or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and customer interaction skillsAbility to operate POS systems and handle transactionsBasic math skills for discounts and change handlingPreferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail sales or customer-facing environmentsFamiliarity with high-volume retail operationsCompensation and Benefits of Clothing Sales Associate:
