Scheels is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Clothing Sales associate. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving personal sales, and contributing to a positive store environment. Responsibilities

Greet all customers on the sales floor with genuine courtesy and a smile, to ensure they feel welcomed the moment they enter your shopDeliver exceptional customer service by seeking out and engaging with customers, going through the steps of the sale to determine their needs, recommending appropriate products, and promoting the Scheels Visa Credit CardGrow personal sales by consistently hitting set goals and following Scheels' professional salesmanship standards and the steps of the sale to provide an above-and-beyond customer experienceCreate a positive end-user experience based on the products the customer is purchasingMaintain a high standard of visual merchandising and support the team with freight processing and inventory restockingAbility to demonstrate product usage within their shop and retrieve product from heights of greater than 6 ftAttend all required Scheels product training and all store meetingsAssist in the training of new associates in the areas of the store's expertiseAbility to navigate a personal computer and a handheld inventory computer/scanner. Programs include: Microsoft Office, Google Email / Docs, and AS400Assist in all other assigned duties by the leadership teamRequirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)1-3 months of sales experienceAbility to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to demonstrate product usage within their shop and retrieve product from heights of greater than 6 ftAbility to navigate a personal computer and a handheld inventory computer/scanner.
