Kayco Outlet is hiring an energetic and outgoing Live Clothing Sales Host to sell clothing through interactive livestreams. Friendly, upbeat, and naturally conversationalComfortable appearing and speaking on cameraConfident asking viewers to bid or purchaseKnowledge of clothing, styling, brands, or current fashion trendsAble to work quickly without losing accuracy or enthusiasmComfortable with production quotas and measurable sales goalsReliable, punctual, competitive, and coachableAble to stand, speak, and handle clothing for extended periodsPrevious livestreaming, retail, fashion, hospitality, sales, or other fast-paced customer-facing experience is helpful but not requiredA college degree is not required. Kayco Outlet may relocate its operation to the Wesley Chapel/San Antonio, Florida area within approximately the next six months. Are you comfortable appearing on camera, speaking continuously, interacting with viewers, and directly asking customers to bid or purchase?Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced role where performance is measured using sales, average selling price, attendance, and items presented or sold per hour?Are you willing to complete a short paid, on-site mock livestream as part of the interview process?This position is currently located in Tampa, Florida, and the business may relocate to the Wesley Chapel/San Antonio, Florida area within approximately six months. Are you willing and able to commute reliably to either location?Are you consistently available to work on-site Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.?Work Location: In person
