Job Overview

Kayco Outlet is hiring an energetic and outgoing Live Clothing Sales Host to sell clothing through interactive livestreams.

We are looking for someone who is naturally bubbly, talkative, comfortable on camera, and able to keep viewers engaged while moving through merchandise at a fast pace.

We primarily sell women’s clothing, so applicants should have a solid understanding of women’s fashion, styling, fit, and current trends.

This is both a sales role and a production role. You will be expected to talk up each item, explain how it can be worn or styled, interact with viewers, encourage bidding, and move efficiently from one item to the next.

The ideal candidate enjoys fashion but is also practical, coachable, reliable, and comfortable being measured on sales and production results. Our inventory includes a wide variety of everyday, branded, unbranded, modern, and secondhand clothing—not only high-end or curated fashion.

Responsibilities

Host live online clothing sales shows.Present merchandise in an upbeat, conversational, and persuasive way.Describe clothing styles, colors, brands, fit, condition, and notable features.Suggest ways items can be worn, styled, or incorporated into different looks.Interact with viewers and answer questions during the show.Encourage bidding, purchases, follows, and repeat customers.Maintain energy and conversation throughout extended livestreams.Move quickly between items with minimal silence or downtime.Work toward sales, average selling price, and items-per-hour goals.Follow company procedures and apply performance coaching.Our long-term production target is approximately 80–100 items sold per active livestream hour while maintaining and improving selling prices.

Location Notice

The position is currently located in Tampa, Florida.

Kayco Outlet may relocate its operation to the Wesley Chapel/San Antonio, Florida area within approximately the next six months. Applicants must be able to commute reliably to the current Tampa location and be willing to commute to the San Antonio area if the relocation occurs.

Applicants living around Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Land O’ Lakes, New Tampa, Zephyrhills, or nearby areas may find both potential locations reasonably accessible.
