We are a growing women’s clothing company based in Chicago seeking a reliable, organized, and team-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and takes pride in maintaining efficient and accurate workflows.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
Process incoming shipments and invoices accurately
Pack and ship customer orders in a timely manner
Prepare and coordinate influencer and brand partner packages
Lead, delegate, and manage a small team to ensure productivity and efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Monitor workflow and implement process improvements when needed

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Experience in warehouse operations and/or retail management preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently
