Clothing Designer

As a member of our design team, you'll be at the heart of ensuring that our vision for comfort and quality is consistently executed across all of our collections. The company does not create brand new designs, these are designs that change up fabrics, appliques, pantone colors, etc. Salary: $42,500-45k to start with bonus Hours: 8-5 but flexible Responsibilities • Collaborate with the design team to support the team with a variety of projects • Maintain awareness of current trends in fashion and graphic design • Ensure all design solutions adhere to brand guidelines and meet measurable business goals and requirements • Think creatively to develop fresh concepts and design solutions which support project objectives, always taking pride in the content produced • Learn and maintain awareness of schedules, deadlines, and processes in an ever-evolving e-commerce environment • Review designs for errors or additions before approval, publishing, and/or print
