Duties: • Responsible for receiving the merchandise for the store. • Pricing and displaying products in an appealing and fashionable manner • Determining the physical attributes of products to purchase and what merchandise to purchase. • Performing inventory • Training staff on how to manage cash and credit card transactions, handle returns and refunds, deal with customer complaints, develop budget plans, and update financial statements. • Organize and manage advertising campaigns, deals, and promos. Qualifications: • HS Diploma or GED • Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
