Responsibilities

Be able to build social media sales for clothing brandPost and sell clothing brand productsDesign clothingGain online customers provide outstanding customer service to foster a welcoming shopping atmosphereAssist customers in selecting clothing items that match their style preferences and needs, offering product demos when appropriateOperate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processingUpsell additional products or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase salesMaintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking strategiesConduct regular inventory checks, manage stock levels, and restock shelves to ensure product availabilityUse strong communication skills to explain product features, promote new collections, and answer customer inquiries in a bilingual setting if applicableExperience

Prior retail sales experience, preferably within clothing or fashion retail environmentsSupervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settingsFamiliarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactionsExperience in product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunitiesExcellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers both in person and over the phoneKnowledge of merchandising, stocking, and inventory management practices in a retail or grocery store setting is advantageousBilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectivelyJoin us to be part of a creative team dedicated to inspiring fashion lovers everywhere!
