Role Description The Clothier role at Pearce Bespoke Franchising is a full-time hybrid position based in Huntersville, NC, with a mix of in-person client appointments and some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their wardrobe needs, advising on styles, fabrics, and customization options, and taking precise measurements for made-to-measure garments. The Clothier will manage orders from consultation through delivery, coordinate with production teams, and ensure each client receives a high-quality, tailored product and experience. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, generating new business through networking and local outreach, and maintaining accurate records of fittings, orders, and follow-up appointments.

Qualifications

Expertise or strong aptitude in made-to-measure clothing and wardrobe planning, with an eye for fit, style, and detail.Demonstrated communication and customer service skills, including active listening and clear, professional client interaction.Comfort with growth-oriented environments and accelerated business development, including networking and client acquisition.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing both in-person appointments in Huntersville, NC and remote administrative tasks.Strong organizational skills, reliability in handling appointments and orders, and basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.Interest in fashion, menswear or womenswear tailoring, and personalized styling; prior retail, sales, or luxury service experience is beneficial.Capacity to stand for fittings, travel locally for client meetings as needed, and maintain a professional appearance.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in fashion, design, or business is a plus.
