Job Summary: Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. Responsibilities: Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the storeExperience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvementExperience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goalsCreate a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target.Execute daily tasks assigned to you by your leader to help achieve goals that align with business priorities including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.If certified operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.Execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader for all areas.Learn how operational procedures, such as setting up and organizing merchandise, managing product stock levels, and maintaining sales floor areas, affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.Be knowledgeable about the resources, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.Support guest services such as back-up cashier, and digital fulfillment processes (such as picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders to guests) and maintain compliance culture while executing those duties, such as federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.All other duties based on business needsBenefits: In compliance with state and federal laws, Target will make reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
