Summary The Client Specialist provides high quality customer service and product guidance in a retail store setting. This role focuses on assisting clients with fit and product selection, maintaining store presentation, and supporting sales targets through exceptional service. Responsibilities • Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences • Provide product recommendations and fit guidance to drive sales • Process transactions accurately and handle returns according to policy • Maintain visual merchandising standards and organized sales floor • Support inventory counts and restocking of merchandise • Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving store goals • Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business Requirements • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends • Basic math skills and comfort handling transactions • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team
