We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and trend-savvy Client Experience Coordinator to join our team and bring our elevated experience to life at our South Park location.

About the Role

As a Client Experience Coordinator, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You have an authentic love for fashion, a magnetic personality, and a passion for making people feel amazing. Whether you are helping a guest build their dream outfit, curation-stationing a custom gift box, showcasing our newest styles via social media weekly drops, you lead with empathy, creativity, and fun.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Focused: Deliver warm, personalized service that makes every guest feel like a VIP.
The Ultimate Host: Master our signature Fitting Room Experience and Build-a-Box gifting service to create unforgettable moments.
Make it Trend: Step in front of the camera for social media filming and show off our highly anticipated weekly drops on Instagram.
Event Assisting: Support in promoting, prepping, and executing our fun in-store and community events.
Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate deep client relationships that turn first-time shoppers into lifelong Thread + Seed fans.
Exceed Sales Goals: Use your expert product knowledge and styling eye to inspire customers and drive daily sales.
Keep it Beautiful: Maintain an immaculate, organized, and aesthetically pleasing shop environment.
Be a Team Player: Keep communication tight with leadership and seamlessly shift between our three locations as needed.
