Client Experience and Operations Lead

We’re looking for an Cient Experience and Operations Lead (Assistant Manager) who thrives on the sales floor, loves styling, and is ready to support leadership while driving results.

This role is perfect for someone who is ready to take the next step in leadership while staying fully immersed in the client experience.

What You’ll Do

This role serves as a key leader on the floor—driving sales, supporting the team, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.

Sales & Styling Leadership

Lead from the floor—actively styling clients and experiences daily
Deliver our signature head-to-toe styling experience in fitting rooms
Support and coach stylists in real-time to improve performance
Assist in driving key metrics like conversion, average sale, and units per transaction

Team Support & Development

Support the Store Director in training and developing stylists
Help maintain a positive, high-energy, and accountable team culture
Step in to lead shifts and oversee the store when the Store Director is not present
Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to elevate team performance

Client Experience

Create meaningful relationships with clients to drive repeat visits
Ensure every client feels confident, styled, and taken care of
Maintain strong floor presence, especially during peak hours
Assist in executing private styling appointments and in-store events

Operations

Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
Assist with merchandising, inventory flow, and product launches
Help ensure the store is visually elevated and aligned with brand standards
Maintain organization and efficiency during high-volume periods

Pay: $37,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
