The Client Advisor/Stylist at the boutique delivers exceptional, personalized service to develop long-term client relationships and drive sales. This role focuses on styling clients across categories, curating looks, and executing the full client journey in a luxury retail environment at the Forum location in Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
Master the client journey and provide Valentino Couture level service from welcome to farewell.Proactively engage with existing and potential clients and execute personalized CRM outreach and campaigns.Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences, organizing merchandise, and creating a welcoming environment.Stay current on product, fit, and seasonal trends to provide informed styling and recommendations.Assist with sales and after-sales activities including returns, repairs, and client follow-up; maintain floor replenishment and presentation standards.Use the POS system for transactions and support operational tasks such as shipping and receiving when needed.Requirements
Previous luxury retail sales experience with a relevant clientele focus and proven sales results.Strong clienteling, relationship-building, and communication skills.Computer proficiency including retail POS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred; problem-solving ability and a team-oriented mindset.
