Responsibilities

Provide personalized client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling.Achieve individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and product expertise.Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is well presented and stocked.Process transactions, exchanges, and returns accurately while maintaining brand standards.Support store events, appointments, and team initiatives to enhance the client experience.Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills with a focus on building client relationships.Retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or related categories.Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.Comfortable using POS systems and clienteling tools; attention to detail and professionalism.High school diploma or equivalent; a passion for luxury retail and product knowledge.
