This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on styling, trend guidance, and achieving sales goals through personalized outreach and wardrobing. Responsibilities • Build and maintain relationships with clients through personalized engagement • Deliver expert styling and brand knowledge for designer handbags • Use digital tools and store technology to sell and communicate with clients • Sell via omni-channel methods using fleetwide inventory • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals • Strategize outreach and business activities to increase productivity • Create a collaborative and positive work environment • Support both in-person and remote client interactions Requirements • Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail • Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology • Commission sales experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals • Flexible work schedule • Comfortable using social media and digital outreach to connect with clients
