Overview A claims analyst monitors chargeback claims, verifying and updating information, reviewing customer portals, compliance manuals and working with the customer, Sales and/or CS Representative to determine the validity of chargebacks. Responsibilities • Utilize systems, reports and Standard Operating Procedures when gathering information for chargebacks• Identify non-compliant issues to the appropriate departments• Contact Sales, customers and management teams for information as needed• Escalate to the manager when needed to handle complex situations• Monitor information and data to determine the root cause for chargebacks and provide information to the warehouse, sales or management to alleviate future charges.• Recognize and provide solutions for operational charges• Make the final decision on claims validity based on information Qualifications
