Children's Designer

Allura imports a Leading manufacturer in childrenswear for over 50 years is seeking a creative and talented designer to join our team. Candidate will design Girl's/Boys Sportswear and Sleepwear and Underwear. Responsibilities and Duties: Create original prints and allover repeat patterns Create appealing and cohesive cads Create tech packs for manufacturers Maintain a working knowledge of current and emerging trends in the market Use feedback to adapt and update designs when necessary Evaluate strike offs and lab dips Qualifications and Skills: Proficient in Illustrator Must have knowledge of the garment industry Knowledge in children's silhouettes a plus Understanding of garment construction Resourceful, organized and self-motivated
