Duties

Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of customer service
Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to foster a motivated and skilled team committed to excellence
Manage inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, and stock replenishment to optimize product availability and presentation
Oversee sales management, including setting sales goals, monitoring performance, and implementing promotional strategies
Handle cash management tasks such as cashiering, cash handling, payroll processing, and bookkeeping with accuracy
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations while supervising shift schedules and managing time effectively
Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions and ensure proper pricing strategies are applied to maximize profitability

Experience

Proven management experience in retail or boutique environments with supervisory responsibilities
Strong background in retail sales, customer service, and team management
Skilled in inventory management, merchandising, purchasing, and retail math calculations
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development, payroll administration, and administrative tasks
Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, budgeting, marketing initiatives, and store operations
Previous assistant manager or supervisory roles with supervising experience in retail settings preferred
