As Chief of Operations, you'll report directly to the CEO and be the key driver of our daily work. Train and adjust continuously to hit targets.Boost the Brand with Light Marketing: Work with the CEO on smart, hands-on strategies like paid ads, influencer deals, celebrity features, and content plans to increase online sales, build brand awareness, and expand globally.Manage Apparel Production, Manufacturing, and Build Collections: Find and partner with top factories around the world, guide product development and build collections from idea to finished item, track deadlines closely, and create high-quality samples, prototypes, and sales tools to impress buyers.Lead Key Projects and Day-to-Day Office Management: Handle full project management for complex initiatives, from setting up CRM systems to building automation tools that help sales and customer service teams work faster and keep customers happy. Experienced Leader: 3+ years in operations leadership, executive strategy, or high-level advice in luxury fashion, wholesale, or e-commerce—extra points for experience in boho, feminine, or high-end clothing.Smart Planner: Strong skills in analysis, with a history of growing revenue through smart strategies, gaining new clients, and improving processes.Team Player with Creative Skills: Real experience in marketing (ads, influencers, endorsements) and production (sourcing, development, quality checks) to connect creative and business sides smoothly.Tech Expert: Skilled in CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot), automation (like Zapier, custom setups), financial software (like QuickBooks, ERP systems), and project tools (like Asana, Monday.com).Luxury Professional: Excellent at organizing, keeping things confidential, and paying attention to every detail.
