Our client, an athleticwear brand, is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to develop and drive the strategic traditional and digital marketing initiatives for the company in a “rebrand” initiative. The role is a key leadership role requiring well developed analytical skills to use data to identify and implement key strategies, determining which marketing channels to invest in while measuring the effectiveness of programs. Manage the marketing budget and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI) Build and manage a high-performing and unstoppable marketing team Work well cross-functionally with other functions, the customer experience through marketing efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
