As a Guest Services Specialist, you'll be the friendly face that greets and assists guests, resolves concerns, and helps connect them with the products, promotions, and digital tools that elevate their shopping experience.

Deliver a welcoming and genuine guest experience from check-in to checkoutListen actively and tailor assistance based on each guest’s unique needsEducate guests on store promotions, app features, and loyalty programsPromote digital and in-store solutions, including Order Pick-Up and Drive-UpEnsure accurate scanning, bagging, and payment processes at the registerMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaProcess returns and resolve concerns respectfully and in line with policiesSupport guests with gift registry, account setup, and app navigationPromote credit card applications and explain their benefits clearlyComply with all local, state, and federal regulations, especially for restricted itemsStep in to support other store areas as needed based on team prioritiesAdditional Qualifications:

Strong multitasking and time management skillsComfort in educating and engaging guests about store offeringsAdaptability with evolving technology and digital toolsSelf-motivated and collaborative team playerJob Requirements:

Proficiency with cash handling and point-of-sale systemsAbility to work in outdoor conditions as neededPhysical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 15 lbs regularly, and 40 lbs occasionallyFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhy Target?
