Developing and coordinating all relationships with lending/financial institutions. Assisting senior management in financial planning and results management. Managing relationships with insurance providers and ensuring compliance. Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals, and administer salary adjustments. 7-10 years of EDI knowledge and strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principals Experience in scaling a finance operation Demonstrated experience in business and strategic planning, managing client relationships Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics GP Highly eloquent with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Must possess a high level of computer skills to effectively use multiple systems and have advanced knowledge in MS Office Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.
