The Production/Customer Service Assistant provides production assistance, organization, retail/wholesale customer service to our organic personal care and fair trade business. Some work as an educator/customer service associate in our retail store in Frederick, MD. Previous experience in a wholesale/retail customer service setting. Must have a strong interest in an organic lifestyle, certified organic skin, hair and body care products, fashion/clothing/jewelry/accessories, the fair trade philosophy and handcrafted artisan products. Must be flexible and open-minded.
