The Centralized Staffing Team is responsible for hiring non-exempt associates across the country. The Specialist executes the overall non-exempt staffing strategy to ensure locations have the appropriate staff to meet business objectives and increase Employee Engagement. Provides daily work progress to Team Lead Executes best practices, communication, hiring, and processes to achieve staffing goals Creates and posts job requisitions for multiple locations Creates and maintains Interview and Orientation schedules Answers general candidate questions Serve as initial point of contact for Hiring issues from askHR Creates offer forms and processes high volume of candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
