Category Manager, E-Commerce Reports To: Director of Category Management, E-Commerce General Summary: The role of Category Manager (Handbags & Accessories, Men’s, Kids’) requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of ecommerce product management. The Category Manager will serve as the in-house expert on product performance and customer experience related to area of ownership. Manage product launch calendar and work closely with Ecommerce Assistant to get products set up and validated on site. Work closely with customer service teams and product reviews/on site Q&A to be alerted of any product callouts and adjust accordingly to maintain a positive service experience. Strong project management/time management skills.
