As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales growth, and showcasing your expertise in product knowledge. Main Responsibilities \ \ • Product Expertise: Provide personalized product recommendations to clients based on their preferences and needs.\ • Driving RTW Business In Store: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.\ • Product Training & New Launches: Assist in training colleagues on new products and launches, ensuring seamless execution in-store.\ • Client Development: Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and needs to offer tailored solutions.\ • Promote initiatives aimed at supporting professional equality for everyone, building a culture passionate about meaningful strategies for crafting an inclusive workforce.\ • Act as Ambassadors to the brand, ensuring every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise.\ • Lead by example in managing your own portfolio of Clients and demonstrating outstanding clienteling options.\ A competitive hourly rate within the range of USD$30-36 plus commission opportunities and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and two retirement plans both with employer contributions awaits the successful candidate.
