Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for retail sales transactions and cash handling.
Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized store layout.
Cover shifts on an irregular schedule during permanent staff vacations, time off, and some weekends.

Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to work flexible hours on an on-call basis.
Experience in retail, boutique sales, and/or customer service.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
