Our client, a well-known apparel company with multiple brands, is looking for Call Center Representatives to join their team for an ongoing freelance opportunity. This position will train onsite and then be remote.Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by providing product information and processing orders Trouble shoot customer inquiries and resolving issues in one call Empathize with customers and de-escalate calls using conflict resolution skills Utilize time management skills to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment Escalate calls and report reoccurring customer issues to Supervisor Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required At least 6 months of customer service and sales experience required Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite Familiarity with apparel and fashion terminology Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills including de-escalation skills Must be able to train onsite If this description fits your background, apply today!
