Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive understanding of materials, production, sampling processes, and vendor markets related to sporting and athletic bags Ability to create concept packets, computer sketch designs, and tech packs using Adobe software programs to illustrate bag details Strong time management, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills Knowledge of brand-appropriate trends and key details related to bag accessories Interest in seeking out new and innovative materials to construct bags Experience liaising with factories, reviewing quality and construction on samples, and providing feedback to factories and vendors Willingness to meet with internal teams, sales, and buyers to receive feedback and interpret their needs and requests Desire to develop a deep understanding of their business to apply to product development Ability to form working relationships across multiple departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency Research trends & create a trends board Requirement: Knowledge of Illustrator to create the tech pack, line sheets & trends board Great interpersonal skills supporting a team environment Good at managing time and completing projects Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands Goal-orientated: the ability to stay focused on creating winning results Ability to demonstrate proactive problems solving skills Being a strong team player and self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive A Bachelor's degree in any of the following majors is a plus: Computer graphic design 1 year of experience required in Bag or Accessory Cadding Computer proficiency – Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop must, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint Salary: $45,000 ~ $75,000 (the actual salary may vary depending on an individual's level of experience and expertise).
