All must be proficient in Photoshop & Illustrator, with an understanding of the apparel business and printing processes. All applicants must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills Create original sublimation, textile, and screen print art to meet specific account needs Edit purchased art, adjust print patterns, color/colorways Indexing in Photoshop Ability to change repeat type and sizing Collaborate with design team, presenting designs and taking creative feedback Research and keep abreast of current color, print and graphic trends Create detailed artwork spec sheets to include print technique and color standards
