Role Description

We are looking for a Buyer's Assistant, a crucial role for the company. You will need to be well organized, detail oriented, a self-starter and present analytical skills. You will assist buyers and management, as well as sales associates, in a fast-paced environment.

Your hours will be Monday - Friday, 10am-5pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

You will be responsible for:

Assisting the Buyer through administration and general support of day-to-day operations; Consisting of data entry and management of placement and maintenance of purchase orders.Establish and maintain vendor relations. Work closely with vendors providing reports, negotiation, and resolving any issues that arise.Inventory Management.Shipping and receiving.Provide excellent customer service as desk support and sales support as needed.Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

Possesses analytical and critical thinking skills with an ability to work independently.Ability to analyze sales data and inventory levels.Demonstrated time management and a sense of urgency.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
