The candidate must have experience in costing, line-building, assortment planning, in-season inventory management, and vendor negotiations. The candidate must be a high-energy, self-starter, with strong business judgment, exceptional retail analytical skills, established relationships in the contemporary market, and have demonstrated the ability to use creative thinking and innovation to solve problems.
