Manages all aspects of the Women’s Full Price and Off-Price business for the retail stores and web by creating smart assortments, maximizing in season business by style, by store, managing product storytelling, influencing product creation, and ultimately driving top line sales and profitability. Communicates buying strategies, vision and business results to senior leadership, corporate merchandising partners and retail field teams. Performs business analysis to track selling, identify key trends and maximize assortment opportunities in order to achieve continued growth and profitability. Strong knowledge/experience with retail buying and financial management. Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
