Buyer, Outlet Apparel & Footwear

As a Buyer you are an experienced, business savvy, opportunistic and product focused leader that will take our growing Outlet business to the next level. You will partner with management, stores and cross-functional partners (i.e. digital, planning, design, global merchandising, visual merchandising) to identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies to build strong assortments that will achieve and surpass financial objectives of the division. You will be responsible for managing the Outlet Apparel & Footwear product assortment, as well as the lifecycle of the product within our stores. What You’ll Do: • Develop buying and merchandising strategies for the Outlet Apparel & Footwear business that tie back to financial goals for the division and company. You’ll Need to Have: • 4+ years’ experience in Retail Buying or Merchandising • Bachelor’s degree • Experience in Apparel & Shoes • The ability to present product strategies to leadership teams with clear verbal and written communication • Computer Literacy and Advanced Excel Skills • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills • People management experience
