This job requires confidence and knowledge) • Analyze business performance and present strategic next steps to the leadership team • Partner with the planning team to construct and manage seasonal financial targets • Follow up on current buying brands (How well is the supplier and product working for SP) • Coordinate and attend meetings with vendors and buying team • Travel to trade shows and vendors to identify upcoming trends that pertain to the brand (Represent SP) • 4-6 years of buying experience with experience in retail • Must have extensive vendor negotiation and interaction • Self-motivated type (passionate about your brand) • A well-informed buyer is a must • Comfortable with analytical and quantitative analysis of financial data (Strong retail math) • How well do you handle stress?
