The position reports directly to the GM of Beauty. on a regular basis Update monthly forecasts with goal to exceed annual plans Conduct and oversee all necessary sales analysis to support business decision-making and growth Develop marketing plans that set pricing and product cadence to optimize profitable sales and support the corporate marketing strategy Understand desires, needs, wants, experience, and expectations of our Nova Babes Identify and ensure a pipeline of new trends, brands, and products to meet customer and market needs Proactively assess and monitor the competitive landscape and marketplace to determine potential opportunities or threats Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to position them for success and promotability Any other duties assigned by management Required Skills: Bachelor's degree 5+ years’ experience in beauty buying for a large specialty retailer or e-commerce brand Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills required Extreme multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
