The Little Planet team is growing! As Little Planet continues to grow, the Buyer must have ability to identify the work that needs to be done and develop action plans to achieve goals in a timely manner, thinking through complexities, and elevating to leadership as necessary. - (20%) Partner with Little Planet Merchandising to support Marketing team - communicating new initiatives and seasonal priorities across all touchpoints - weekly Little Planet emails, Social, etc. - Adjust future assortments based on productivity analysis and new product launch schedule; align with Little Planet Merchandising team on Sku rationalization - Support multi-channel growth with omni inventory approach - partner with Operations to redirect eComm inventory to stores as strategically required.
