Build and Execute short-term and long-term merchandising strategies that will meet sales and margin goals Understand target consumer and provide competitive analysis to enhance brand strategies and opportunities Create seasonal Line Plans by product category Analyze sales & inventory to identify opportunities for improving inventory turns, including promotional, sale & replenishment strategies Develop & recommend pricing and tiering strategies with appropriate markdown cadences. Calculate IMU% & MMU% Develop Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting for key metrics to manage the business in order to meet turn, margin and revenue goals. Provide visual tools (product knowledge and merchandising directives) to ensure one brand, one vision at point of sale Excellent Retail Math & Excel Skills Strong Brand Manager Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) Excellent Leadership & Interpersonal Skills Strong Analytical & Decision-Making Skills Knowledge of the Product Development Process Knowledge of Shopify & Bergen’s WMS 7-10 Years of Buying Experience Bachelor’s Degree
